Maids will not lift or move items weighing more than 25lbs. Maids will perform the Basic cleaning requests ONLY, Unless booking order specifies otherwise.
Because of scheduling and availability being critical to our performance. Cancellation of Your paid invoice/work contract can be rescheduled for later date. There will be no refund. Complete customer cancellations of paid invoices will be returned minus 18% of the amount you paid. (No this is not a penalty) we have to, as we are charged per transaction cancelletion refund.
